Frequently Asked Design Questions
What should I bring when I come to your showroom?
A: You can bring blueprints if available, samples of paint colors, wallpaper, fabrics, counter surface, cabinet finishes and pictures of the area. All will aid you and the design consultant in finding the perfect tile look for your space.
A: Our experienced design consultants bring passion to the tile selection process. Appointments are recommended if you are requesting a specific consultant to ensure they will be available for your project. If this is your first tile project, our consultants will gladly walk you through the entire process. If you are experienced with tile projects, our consultants will be happy to incorporate your ideas into the design and offer solutions to your needs.
How do I decide which colors to choose?
A: In general, if you are planning on selling or remodeling in the future, neutral colors may best suit your needs. If this is where you plan to stay, our consultants will help you “go for it” with a unique look designed specially for you.
Can I get samples to take home?
A: Samples are available for a deposit, which is refundable. There is a charge for decorative pieces and special order samples. See your design consultant for details.
Is it necessary to fill out a Selection Sheet?
A: The Selection Sheet specifically lists all your choices for tile, decorative pieces and trim, grout color, plus price, availability and the room layout. Once completed, we will provide copies for your builder, designer and contractor to help your project proceed smoothly.
