No company stays in business for over 50 years without adhering to a strict set of core values. At Mid-America Tile, we encourage our employees to be pro-active by taking ownership and accountability in dealing with our customers, following through and delivering on our promises to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. We will treat you with integrity, honesty and fairness with a good, old-fashioned respect for others and for the world in which we live.

Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley (HFHNFV) builds and renovates homes in northern Kane County and limited areas of McHenry and Cook County, building 54 homes since its inception in 1990. ReStore Elgin, opened in April of 2006, is a 40,000 sq. ft. building materials reuse center benefitting HFHNFV. ReStore accepts donated new and gently used goods from retailers, manufacturers, distributors and homeowners. They then sell these supplies, at greatly reduced prices, to the general public. The store's operation generates funds to support Habitat's house building program in the northern Fox Valley area. In addition, the operation of this store has diverted an estimated 1800 tons of materials from going to overflowing landfills!

Mid-America Tile is a generous supporter of ReStore, donating large amounts of first-quality tile to help provide a source of wonderful home improvement materials at discount prices to those who may otherwise be unable to afford to fix up their homes.f
